FAQ
The timeline depends on the scope and complexity of your request. In most cases, we aim to complete a custom watch roll within 2–3 weeks.
If specific materials or colours are not immediately available, this may affect the delivery timeline. Should this be the case, we will of course inform you clearly before proceeding.
Pricing is based on the level of handcraftsmanship, the materials selected and any additional personalisation.
For example, adding initials using materials from our standard collection involves a surcharge of €25. For more extensive custom requests, pricing will be discussed after we have reviewed your submission and defined the scope of the project.
Many colour combinations are possible. However, as we are highly selective regarding the quality of our leather, not every specific shade can be guaranteed. We will always strive to find the closest possible match that meets our standards.
For suede interiors, it is possible to submit a custom colour request directly to the manufacturer. This process may take 3–4 weeks. Should this be required, we will communicate this clearly in advance.

The world of fine watches knows no borders, and neither do we.
We offer a two-year warranty covering craftsmanship-related defects. This warranty applies exclusively to issues arising from the manufacturing process and does not cover normal wear or misuse.
Each piece is carefully inspected before leaving our workshop to ensure it meets our standards of quality and durability.
Once we have aligned on your wishes, design details and final pricing, we will issue an invoice. Production begins upon receipt of payment.
Throughout the process, we will keep you informed of the progress, ensuring transparency from concept to completion.
