For orders without additional custom options, we require 20-25 days to craft your case. If you have specific customization requests, we will personally discuss the delivery timeline with you.

After you fill out the form, we will contact you within 24 hours. We prefer to reach out via WhatsApp to make the communication as personal as possible. On WhatsApp, or via email if necessary, we will discuss your specific preferences to initiate the project. Throughout the process, we will keep you updated with the necessary information and any relevant photos.

After you complete the form, we will send you photos of the final colors and details. If we have a concrete example of your combinations, we will gladly share that with you. If this particular combination has not been created before, we will do our utmost to provide you with a clear representation.

Yes, if you choose a custom design, that is certainly possible. Please keep in mind that prices and delivery times may vary.

We will send you an invoice for the Watch Case. You have the option to pay 50% of the total amount upfront. Once the Watch Case is ready for shipping, we will provide photos and videos of it. After the payment of the remaining balance, we will ship the Watch Case to you.
