Return and Refund Policy

At Old Fashioned Luxury, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return and refund policy that allows you to return your products. Below are the details of the process.

1. Return Conditions

You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided that the product meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and undamaged.
  • The product is in its original, undamaged packaging, including all labels, accessories, and documents that came with it.
  • The product packaging must not be opened unless the product was defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

2. Exceptions to Returns

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Products that show signs of use or damage.
  • Consumable items, such as maintenance products for the watch case or other accessories that have been opened.
  • Discounted products, sale items, or products marked as ‘final sale’.

3. Return Process

To submit a return request, follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer service: Send an email to [info@oldfashionedluxury.com] with your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting the return.
  2. Receive return confirmation: Our customer service will confirm your return within 2 business days. We will send you further instructions on how to return the product safely.
  3. Return shipping: You can return the product to us using a traceable shipping method. Returns are free, unless the product was defective or damaged upon receipt.

  5. Inspection of the returned product: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it carefully. If the product meets the return conditions, we will process the refund.

4. Refund Process

After approval of the return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note: shipping costs and any import duties will not be refunded unless the product was defective or damaged upon receipt.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ensure that the defective product is replaced or that you receive a full refund. In this case, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we ask that you return the original item and place a new order.
